Estrangement Support for Mothers and Grandmothers

Spring is a season of rebirth and possibility. Just like the earth turns over its soil and opens to new beginnings, so too must we, dear reader. With great care, vulnerability, and purpose, I have chosen this season to refresh and revitalize the resources I offer for estranged mothers and grandmothers across the globe. Yes, darling, I am speaking of estrangement support.

estrangement support

It is a term I never imagined would become so central to my life’s work. But after eight years of experiencing the ache and heartbreak of being estranged from my daughters and grandchildren, I know that the silence and the invisible pain of this journey is not mine alone. It belongs to millions of women like you and me. Women who loved deeply, gave endlessly, and still found themselves pushed out of the family tree they so lovingly tended. I’m offering you something refreshed, updated and from my heart.

Over these past years, I’ve also found tremendous support and sisterhood in my private Facebook group, Estranged Mothers and Grandmothers: Millions Strong. Women from every corner of the world have come forward to share their stories, shed their shame, and lift one another up in the most remarkable ways. Their strength, honesty, and resilience have inspired me deeply. It is because of them that I reflected on how to make my tools even more impactful. I listened, learned and I knew it was time to breathe fresh life into these offerings so they could meet you exactly where you are, and carry you toward where you long to go.

My Personal Estrangement Journey

The past eight years have not been easy. They have been filled with sleepless nights, private tears, and unanswered questions. I have mourned birthdays missed, milestones lost, and the absence of laughter that once echoed through my home. Estrangement, for me, has been like walking through fog: uncertain, disoriented, and heart-heavy. Yet it has also been a journey of profound transformation. Through grief, I found strength. Through silence, I discovered my voice. And through pain, I have learned to lead with compassion, not only for my daughters, but for myself and for other women walking this difficult path.

The Season of Renewal Brings Estrangement Support

I have updated and re-released my eBook, Living With Estrangement: How To Grieve As a Mother Who Is Rejected, this season. I share my story of my personal loss and how I was able to grieve my daughters who are still alive, how to accept the unacceptable and surrender to toxicity and replace it with positivity.

This book is not just a memoir, it is a guide. I share strategies I’ve used to navigate the long and winding healing road of estrangement. From grief to empowerment to healthy communication, I walk beside you and show you ways to move forward… not by forgetting, but by healing.

You will find validation, warmth, and guidance. You will hear my voice telling you that you are not alone and that your tears are seen. I share that you are still, and always will be, a good mother and grandmother.

I have received hundreds of messages from women across the globe, mothers and grandmothers just like you and me, who have found sanctuary in my private Facebook community. These women, with open hearts and tender courage, have shared their stories, supported one another, and reminded me why I do this work. I knew it was time to refine my eBook and pour even more of my love and support.

COMING SOON: A Revamped Estrangement Course for Deeper Healing

Not only did I take the time to refresh my Living With Estrangement eBook this season, but I also am revamping my Estrangement Course; a heartfelt offering of tools, exercises, and wisdom meant to help you navigate your grief, reclaim your joy, and rebuild your life.

This isn’t a course filled with clinical jargon or generic advice. No, darling, it is the wisdom of a modern mother and grandmother who has walked through the fire of family estrangement and now extends her hand to you. It’s a soft landing place and a compass to help you chart a new emotional course. My upgraded course launches at the end of this month, and it will be full of nourishing, empowering, and transformative support for mothers and grandmothers who are ready to take that first step toward healing.

Inside the course, you’ll find journaling prompts, reflective exercises, gentle lessons on boundary-setting, forgiveness, and, most importantly, on reclaiming your identity outside of motherhood. You will not be asked to forget, but you will be shown how to carry your story with dignity and peace.

Why I Chose to Refresh My Estrangement Support Now

Why now, you ask? Because spring reminds me that life keeps moving forward and so must we. We must plant seeds of hope and intention, even in the cracked and dry soil of our heartbreak. We must water our spirits with community, insight, and most importantly, self-compassion.

I’ve lived the long winter of estrangement. The cold, the isolation, and the grief. I now know you have to in order to move forward. But it is now our season of possibility. This is your time to rise, not in anger or in shame, but in renewed strength and softness.

Spring is nature’s way of whispering, “You can begin again.” And I believe with my whole heart that you can. Whether you’re just beginning to name your pain or you’ve been walking this path for years, this season invites us to step toward the light.
