    Thank you for the informative post on super foods. I would like to add a couple comments regarding your statement,

    “Men do not have to fuss about osteoporosis, hot flashes, menopause, menstrual cycle, breast cancer, and ovary cancer.”

    The truth is, men do indeed have to be concerned about osteoporosis AND breast cancer. In fact, my husband was diagnosed with osteoporosis at age 50! According to the National Osteoporosis Foundation, it is more likely that a man be diagnosed with osteoporosis than prostate cancer.     Honey, you are such an advocate to help women over 50 become aware of these potential health risks for spouses or significant others. Armed with the truth, we can all do our part to change the world in which we live. 🙂
