I’ve named her Ms. Apple Desktop, 21 — “21” for short. 21 sits atop this lovely acrylic stand and I can’t live without it. Elevating your monitor is a must for your back and neck health. You may as well do it with style!

This laptop stand is something I use every day when I use my computer. This stand creates a more comfortable position so that you are sitting straight up and viewing your screen, as opposed to hunching down. Not to mention, it is simply gorgeous!

When listing the best Amazon wellness finds, you must consider physical health, naturally. My recumbent bike gets a lot of use. To me, it makes more sense than a treadmill or elliptical because I can watch videos or read when I’m on it. It’s important to move your body and elevate your heart rate to keep your heart healthy. Not to mention the mind-body connection.

 

Teeter FitSpine LX9 Inversion Table

I haven’t tried this one yet but I’ve heard over and over how wonderful inversion therapy can be to alleviate back pain. According to my research, this is the best model at the best price.
