One of my favorite things about the morning time is having breakfast with my Ultimate Concierge.
It gives us a chance to sit quietly and connect, often talking about our plans for the day or things in the news; it’s an ideal way to set the tempo for a happy day together.
And, while this breakfast routine has been a constant in our more than two decades long marriage, some things have changed.
We’ve always been healthy, but as time goes by, I believe we naturally become even more focused on feeding our bodies things that will keep them strong and vibrant.

My Morning Cheerios Parfait
This is one of my favorite ways to enjoy new Cheerios Oat Crunch with Shelly! Pretty, appealing and hearty, this recipe adds a bit of flare to the morning and as you know, I appreciate finding beauty in the simplest of things.
Simply combine one serving Cheerios Oat Crunch with your favorite fresh fruit and yogurt and layer. Of course, a beautiful clear glass is a must so that you can see the delightful juxtaposition of colors in your morning breakfast. When it comes to eating fruits and vegetables, lots of colors is a wonderful thing.
Don’t mistake me, we also enjoy our Cheerios Oat Crunch straight up; topped with a generous pour of milk in a colorful bowl.
