The Dreaded Dark Circles and Baggy Under Eye Conundrum
Skincare, skin health and beauty are a few of my passions, darlings. I don’t know about you, but under our eyes can become a big problem area as we get older. Sometimes, these problems can even start when we are younger, especially if you are prone to bags or dark circles under the eyes.
Remember a Healthy Diet and Lots of Sleep
Now, dark circles are bags under the eyes that can result from stress, lack of sleep and poor diet. Eating a lot of inflammatory foods and unnecessary sugar can often add to skin issues. Remember, skin creams and taking care of our outside is just as important as taking care of our insides.
So Many Products So Little Time
There are so many products out there to help us heal and hydrate the delicate skin around our eyes. It can sometimes be daunting to determine which products we should pick and it can take time to find the right product for you.
But don’t be afraid to experiment with new products–maybe even a few you wouldn’t normally try. Just make sure to pick the right one for your skin type and the problem areas you are trying to tackle, including dryness or fine lines and wrinkles. To figure out your skin type, check out my article on fall moisturizers for your skin type.
