Turning Empty Nesters Into Full Lifers with Procter & Gamble

P&G

What do you think of the term “empty nester?”

It’s an often used term that, according to Google means, “a parent whose children have grown up and left home.”

No doubt you’ve heard the term but have you heard that having an empty nest can be a thing to celebrate? It’s so very true!

And that’s one of the reasons I am excited to share that I’ve become an ambassador for the P&G Empty Nest, Full Life community. I am thrilled!

I am not an empty nester, I am a full lifer. Procter and Gamble, via their website, pgeveryday.com, has launched an Empty Nest, Full Life community just for women like us.

One of My Personal Favorites

Today, I want to share one of my favorite P&G beauty picks, Pantene Pro-V Sheer Volume Foam Conditioner. This conditioner is a must have for those of us who have noticed that after 50, our hair is becoming dry and brittle. Changing hair follicles after 50 are a fact of life, but not one that we have to live with, darlings.

This air-light, nourishing foam conditioner sells for about $6, making great hair care after 50 affordable, as well.

The problem I have found with traditional conditioners is that they often weigh-down the hair and even make it greasy. This is partly because our hair is likely thinner than it used to be… but no less beautiful! However, our hair changes call for a change in hair care choices, too.

Pantene Pro-V Sheer Volume Foam Conditioner is infused with their famous “Pro-V nutrients.” Hair stays weightlessly hydrated and I stay happy because good hair days are the best. I am smiling.

Here’s how it works: Simply shampoo, condition and rinse again. This foam conditioner is ideal for daily use and – a health note – it’s dye-free and aluminum-free.

Great blog! So important to take back “me” time. I enjoy all of the Honey Tips and was wondering if you will address some “how to” issues such as; how to find a great hair stylist, facial it’s, etc. Being over fifty is very tricky and would love more info. Keep up the great work👏
