I’ve been asked what my must-have beauty products after 50 are, and today I’ll share them with you. I’ve shared some over the years, but I thought I’d put them all in one place.

While I firmly believe age is only a number, I’m also of the opinion that we should do what we can to age gracefully. To me, that means taking care of myself. I do that both physically —with my workouts, pilates, etc., and emotionally — I take time for myself when I need to. Not to mention luxuriate in spending quality time with other women.

Additionally, I stick to my beauty routines. And even though I have tried-and-true products that I swear by, I still experiment and find new things! For example, I recently partnered with a haircare brand and I loved it so much, I’ve gotten my Ultimate Concierge to use it too! It’s wonderful.

MUST-HAVE BEAUTY PRODUCTS OVER 50 – SKINCARE FOR THE FACE

We go through this world face-forward and hopefully with a smile. So, first up, I’ll share the products I use to keep mine vibrant and hydrated.

Josie Maran Argan Bright Skin Vitamin C Serum – 

This stuff is incredible and I’ve been using it for a few years now. Dermatologists recommend Vitamin C for several reasons, it’s brightening powers and antioxidants to name a couple. I wrote a post on the wonders of Vitamin C over 50, here. Get this product here on Amazon.

La Mer Moisturizing Cream

If I had a signature beauty product other than my red lipstick, this would be it. You have got to try this stuff. Yes, it is an investment, but I fully believe it is worth every penny.  You can find it here at Nordstrom.

La Mer The Serum Concentrate

Another product I love by La Mer is their concentrated serum. It’s wonderful for soothing away red and inflammation. Get it here at Sephora.

This list is short, I have one favorite and it’s all I wear.

My first Perfume Professor was my mother. And, over the years I have worn some other fragrances that I still like, but once I discovered Francis Kurkdjian Baccarat Rouge 540, I have never looked back.

MY MUST-HAVE BEAUTY PRODUCTS AFTER 50 – HAIR CARE

As we age, so does our hair. The texture changes and we must adjust accordingly.

This first product, Hair Biology, with whom, a few months back, I proudly partnered. And while, I assure you, I am not getting paid to write this, I truly love this product. It has made my hair unbelievably silky and shiny.
