I know that I love a great night in snuggled up with my Ultimate Concierge, my pooch America, and a great film. What better way to celebrate love than to experience love in all ways possible.

A great romance movie can make your toes tingle and your heartbeat a little faster. The right romantic movie can stir deep emotions, create unforgettable memories, and is the perfect choice for a cozy Valentine’s Day celebration. If you enter a film’s world where two characters are falling in love and life together, nothing is better.

I’ve curated a list of both classic films, one beloved mini-series, and a few more current features to get you in the mood for LOVE! “Sleepless In Seattle” is a classic that may even have you shedding a tear. This early Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan movie will hit you in all your romantic feelings or ‘feels’ as the younger generation says these days! Can we talk about that ending, Darlings?

Not only is the story that of romance and heartbreak, but the setting of the film creates an all-around environment of romance and love. The film beautifully explores the intertwined lives and personal stories of those seeking refuge in Casablanca, making it a must-watch!

Gone With The Wind

We all know the famous line, “Frankly, my dear, I don’t give a damn,” but “Gone With The Wind” is so much more than a few quotable lines. Not only is it a classic romance, but it is a classic film every person should watch, telling the story of young lovers whose relationship is tested by the turmoil of war and personal ambition. Don’t you agree?

Pride & Prejudice (Mini-Series)

There have been many iterations of the Jane Austen classic “Pride & Prejudice” but one of my favorites is the BBC miniseries with Colin Firth. This wonderful tale is full of beautiful costumes, gorgeous settings, and of course, a fabulous love story.

“Elizabeth Bennett is a strong-willed yet sensible young woman whose father is a gentleman with a quite modest estate and whose uncle suffers in status from being a businessman in Cheapside. She has four sisters, a long-suffering but loving father, and a mother anxious to marry them to wealthy young gentlemen. At a local ball, she encounters one such wealthy young man, Mr. Fitzwilliam Darcy — and as Mr. Darcy is arrogant, cold, and rude, it is hatred at first sight. When you look up classic romance films, “It Happened One Night” is always at the top of the list and for all the right reasons. A Clark Gable classic, this movie will have you swooning and sitting on the edge of your seat. What a beautiful old film this is! The film perfectly captures the ‘woman fall’ trope, as the story follows a woman falling for an unexpected suitor during her journey.
